Inspired by the traditions and legends of PNG culture, Tribe of Jubal delivers a truly unique,entertaining and mystical performance. Mixing traditional Melanesian rhythms with a modern, contemporary sound, the band create an intense tone of tribal harps, flutes, horns, warups, garamuts (drums) and kundus seamlessly grooved with contemporary jazz and funk arrangements.

Audience mesmerized by Tribe of Jubal
It was simply awesome. Those in the audience, unaware of the members of Tribe of Jubal, and what to make of "Melanesian Funk" music, were awed during the concert last Friday, 31 August, 2007 in Australia.

"I had no expectation. The show was amazing. Fantastic." said a member of the audience during the post-show cocktails at the Cairns Civic Theatre in Australia.

Tribe of Jubal debut album hits the Australian Market
Tribe of Jubal's debut album, T'mme Yakinso, hit the Australian marketplace yesterday (Thursday 19th July 2007). Expect the CD to be distributed throughout Melanesia within the next 2 months. The first CD was hand-delivered by Adam Delaney to Ben Hakalitz.

Vanessa Arrives for tribal reunion
Vanessa Quai, lead vocalist for world-class, Melanesian funk Band, Tribe of Jubal, arrived in Cairns early Tuesday morning (21 August) with her Father, Nigel Quai, and were met on arrival by Band Manager, Adam Vai Delaney (pictured below).
